Color Guard
In the US military and other similar organizations, the Color guard carries the National Color and other flags appropriate to its position in the chain of command. Typically these include a unit flag and a departmental flag (Army, Navy, or Air Force). In addition to the flag bearers, who are positioned in the center of the Color guard, there are 2 individuals who carry rifles.

Drill Team
In the United States, a drill team is a marching unit that performs military style maneuvers in parades, at air shows, football half-time shows, and other ceremonies. High school and college drill teams also often compete with one another in drill meets. All of the military services have drill teams. As well as executing standard drill commands, drill teams also perform exhibition drill in which they may perform intricate marching maneuvers along with spinning and throwing rifles in the air, sometimes with fixed bayonets.

Exhibition Team
A drill team that is affiliated with the military will sometimes perform exhibition drill. Exhibition drill, also known as "fancy drill" is a modified routine that involves complex marching sequences that usually deviate from standard drill. Exhibition drill is normally performed at parades, drill meets, and half time shows.

Honor Guard
An honor guard, or guard of honor, is a seven man detail with the primary purpose of performing a 21-gun salute.
